  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other cities and towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Remote area accessibility

MG Monogram is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Free shipping may be offered on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns.

MG Monogram reserves the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID and courier details

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

MG Monogram will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order may be returned to our warehouse.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A package with missing items

You must notify MG Monogram within 24 hours of delivery.

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear photographs of the issue

  • Images of the shipping label and packaging

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed package

  • Show the full opening process without cuts or edits

Without a proper unboxing video, claims for damage, shortage, or incorrect items may not be accepted.


8. Reverse Pickup Policy

For approved return or exchange requests:

  • MG Monogram may arrange reverse pickup depending on service availability

  • Up to 3 pickup attempts may be made

If reverse pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful:

  • Customers must self-ship the parcel to our return address

  • Customers are advised to use a trusted courier service

MG Monogram is not responsible for products damaged or lost during return transit.


9. Packaging Requirements For Returns

Returned products must:

  • Be securely packed

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be unused and unwashed

Customers are strongly advised to record a packing video before handing over the parcel to the courier.

If the returned item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the return or exchange request may be rejected.

Minor variations in:

  • Texture

  • Embroidery placement

  • Stitch detailing

  • Fabric finish

may occur naturally and are not considered defects.


13. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier partner, MG Monogram shall not be responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery issues arising after successful delivery confirmation

Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
