As our products are made with high-quality home textile materials and careful craftsmanship, we request customers to review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Important Policy Notice
MG Monogram does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer:

Return in eligible cases for store credit or replacement approval at the company’s discretion
Refunds to bank accounts, cards, UPI, wallets, or original payment methods are not applicable.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product received is damaged during transit

Manufacturing defect in the product

Missing item(s) in the package

Size issue (only if approved by our support team)
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, shortage, or incorrect product claims.
The video must:

Be clear and continuous

Show the sealed package before opening

Clearly capture the outer packaging and shipping label

Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits

Clearly display the issue inside the package
Without an unboxing video, MG Monogram will not be able to process any replacement, return, exchange, or claim.
3. Additional Proof Required
Customers may also be asked to provide:

3–4 clear photographs of the product issue

Images of the outer packaging

Images of the shipping label
-
Any additional images or videos requested by our support team
4. Conditions for Return & Exchange
Products must:

Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

Be returned with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories

Be returned in the same condition as received

Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
MG Monogram reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

The product shows signs of use, washing, stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery

Original packaging or tags are missing

The returned item differs from the original item shipped

The complete set is not returned

The request is raised beyond the allowed timeline
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased during sale or promotional periods

Customized or made-to-order products

Clearance or discounted items

Gifted/free promotional products

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

White/Ivory-colored products due to the delicate nature of the fabric

Used, washed, damaged, or altered items
6. Size Exchange Policy
Size exchange requests are subject to approval.
For approved size exchanges:

Customers will bear the shipping charges

Exchange will be processed only after the original item passes quality inspection

If reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship the product
Please ensure you carefully check dimensions, size details, color, and product specifications before placing your order.
7. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
For approved damaged or incorrect product cases:

MG Monogram may arrange reverse pickup depending on service availability

Up to 3 pickup attempts may be made
If reverse pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful:

Customers will be required to self-ship the parcel to our return address

Customers should use a reliable courier service

MG Monogram is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit
Customers are advised to record a packing video before dispatching the return parcel.
8. Return Processing Timeline
Once the returned product is received:

The product will undergo a quality inspection

Processing may take 7–20 business days after successful verification

Exchange or replacement dispatch timelines may vary depending on stock availability
MG Monogram reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection.
9. Store Credit Policy
In eligible approved cases where replacement is not possible:

Store credit may be issued at the company’s discretion

Store credit can only be used for future purchases on MG Monogram

Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable
Cash refunds will not be issued.
10. Incorrect Shipping Information
MG Monogram will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Incorrect phone number or email address
-
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed may not be cancelled after processing or dispatch.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
12. Quality Assurance Disclaimer
Our products are handcrafted and made using premium textile materials. Slight variations in color, texture, print placement, embroidery, or finish may occur due to:

These minor variations are not considered defects.
